We are interested in hearing from candidates who

  • Would be a talented and dedicated classroom practitioner with experience working in the relevant Key Stage.
  • Have the ability to make a positive contribution to the school’s processes of improvement and enhancing the quality of education.
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills which have been used to support colleagues to improve their practice.
  • Have proven ability to manage and lead on initiatives, and an excellent understanding of pedagogy.
  • Are aspirational about their own career path and are committed to professional development.
