Zarach Charity

Our Park Spring Charity is Zarach.

Beds have become a luxury item for hundreds of thousands of families, who face the devastating decision to pay for food and fuel, or to buy their child a bed.

Bed poverty exists when a family doesn’t have the sleeping arrangements they need for their children due to a lack of financial resources. For children in this situation, it has a significant impact on their education.

Zarach’s mission to ensure that every child in England has a bed of their own gives them a greater chance to learn and succeed at school.

All our fundraising events held at school will be in aid of this charity and we initially set out to raise enough money for 3 beds. After 2 fundraisers at school we have managed to raise enough money for 4 beds!
