The Y5 team headed to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales this week for their 1 night, 2 day residential. Our core learning is River study and also looking at a contrasting locality. We stay at the Youth Hostel, Grinton Lodge, do lots of walks, eat lots of food and learn lots and lots. This trip was exceptional in terms of pupil attitude – their care and support for each other was outstanding – this was probably the BEST residential we have ever led – there were so many compliments from members of the public that commented on the pupils manners and their behaviour.
Thankyou to all families that continue to support our children by encouraging and funding their children for these trips and a big YOU ARE AWESOME to all the staff that came with us. Thanks to Mrs Horan for letting Mr B attend – his campfire was the BEST!
