RECOGNITION ASSEMBLY
On the final Friday of last half term we held a BRAND new style assembly! 2 children from Y1 to Y6 were ‘recognised’ by the teaching staff for being role models of our AIMS and ETHOS. Family members were SECRETLY invited into school and were waiting for the children as they entered the assembly. The first the children knew about it was that they saw their loved ones!! Here are a few pictures.
The children had a drink and a biscuit with Mrs Horan and myself along with their families and Chef Shirley even provided us with ICE CREAM CONES to help us celebrate. Even better – for the next half term these children are allowed to take a friend and go directly to the FRONT of the dinner queue!! Well done all,
