Year 6 mi life course

Yesterday, Year 6 had 3 special visitors sharing with them how to stay physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy. Some of the fun activities they took part in were taste testing, creating a healthy food plate, stretching, physical activities and create their own physical regime. Here is what the kids had to say:
